Refund Policy – Prime Landbase Pvt Ltd

Prime Landbase Pvt Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) follows a transparent refund policy for customers making payments through our website or official company channels.

By making any payment, you agree to this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions.


1) Nature of Services

Prime Landbase Pvt Ltd is a real estate consulting and marketing company. We assist customers with:

  • Property consultations
  • Project information & site visit assistance
  • Booking support and documentation coordination
  • Lead & customer relationship management

All payments, where applicable, are processed as per agreed terms.


2) Booking Amount / Token Amount

In many cases, customers may pay a token amount / booking amount to express interest in a property.

Important:
Booking / token amount refund depends on the developer’s (builder’s) terms & conditions and the selected project policy.

Prime Landbase Pvt Ltd will assist you in the refund process wherever applicable.


3) Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered in the following cases:

  • Payment deducted but confirmation not received
  • Duplicate payment made by mistake
  • Transaction failure but amount debited from customer’s account
  • Any valid case approved by management after verification

4) Non-Refundable Cases

Refund will generally not be applicable in cases like:

  • Change of mind after booking
  • Delay caused due to incomplete or incorrect customer details/documents
  • Amount paid directly to the developer/builder (refund as per builder policy)
  • Site visit charges / consultation charges (if applicable)
  • Any processing/administration charges (if applicable)
  • Any third-party payment gateway charges deducted

5) Refund Process

To request a refund, the customer must email us with payment proof:

  • Name
  • Registered mobile number
  • Payment date & amount
  • Transaction ID / UTR
  • Payment screenshot
  • Project name (if applicable)

6) Refund Timeline

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within:

7 to 15 working days
(Depending on bank/payment gateway timelines)


7) Refund Mode

Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used by the customer (bank transfer/UPI/card/net banking).

Prime Landbase Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for delays due to bank/payment gateway issues.


8) Cancellation Policy

Customers can request cancellation of booking/registration assistance, however:

  • Cancellation is subject to project/developer cancellation terms
  • Refund (if any) will be processed only after verification and approval
  • Prime Landbase Pvt Ltd reserves the right to deny cancellation/refund if terms are not met
